My leading Life & Pensions client is seeking a to lead a key work stream delivering some of the specific compliance arrangements, within the build out of a new AFM business.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- COMPLIANCE knowledge and experience of working within UNIT TRUSTS/OEIC FUNDS
- Understanding of the COMPLIANCE ARRANGEMENTS necessary for an AFM BUSINESS/MUTUAL FUNDS
- Thorough understanding of FCA COLL, COB & CASS rules relevant to the operation of an AUTHORISED FUND MANAGER
- Experiencing of building/operating a RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME for an AFM
- Acts on OWN INITIATIVE
MUST BE AVALIABLE WITHIN 2 WEEKS!
RATE: £500-£600pd
CONTRACT: 6 months Initial
LOCATION: Midlands
