For a 8 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER (4311)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER ROLE, INCLUDING PROCESSING INVOICES REQUIRED
- EXPERIENCE IN A GLOBAL ORGANISATION (PREFERABLY A BANK)
- Attention to detail, financial accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Able to prioritise effectively and efficiently
- Comfortable liaising with people at all levels
- A team player with a flexible approach to the role
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Invoice processing, including review, financial assignment (coding), co-ordination and management of invoice approval workflow
- Maintenance of the how to invoice help guides for Group Technology staff for updates to processes and tools, and assisting with communication on invoice processes
- Invoice progress tracking and status reporting, including report provision upon request
- Assisting Vendor Managers with (adhoc) Vendor enquiries regarding invoice status
- Support to Global Business Management invoice processing team with invoice transactions and reporting
- Investigating invoice process/payment delays and chasing staff at all levels in the invoice workflow
- Correct financial assignment of invoices (coding) using accruals and time booking information
- Assist with ongoing Group Technology operational model transformation
