Management Information Systems Reporting Analyst

Financial Services Client based in Essex is looking to recruit an experienced MIS Reporting Analyst on a contract basis until 12/15. Rate is up to £337 per day

The Management Information Systems Reporting Analyst will create and enhance new and existing MIS reports for the client's internal business customers. Being part of a global team, you will liaise with IT colleagues in the US and Asia Pacific as well as locally in Europe.

SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF IBI WEBFOCUS OR VERY SIMILAR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PLATFORMS.

ROLE:

- Report development and enhancement using the IBI WebFOCUS toolset.
- Full lifescycle development ranging in scope from minor fixes up to major projects
- Month end processing support for MIS reporting.
- Production support and resolution of production problems for MIS, from a report perspective.
- Loading of user provided data transformation rules to the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) parameter tables

SKILLS:

- Experience in the IBI WebFOCUS toolset or a similar Business Intelligence Platform
- Previous MIS Reporting experience

DESIRED:

- Skills in HTML, Stored Procedures, SSIS, VB .NET, XMLA would be beneficial but not compulsory
