Our client is a large and dynamic market leader within the financial services sector. Due to an internal secondment they are looking for a Management Development Trainer/Facilitator to join on a 6 month interim basis.
The base location for this position is flexible Dependent on the candidates preference (within the South East) however some travel between sites (South East) is to be expected.
The main responsibilities of this position will be to facilitate and deliver Management Development interventions, solutions, training and programmes.
The successful candidate will likely have experience of the following;
- Delivering management and development training
- Delivering learning and development training
- Strategic mindset
- Developing and delivering solutions & strategy
- Presentation/facilitation
- Organisational awareness
