Applicants applying must have a Management Accounting certification, must have experience of implementing a finance system for management accounting and must have the hands-on capability of setting up finance coding structures; to also include defining processes, data migration and user setup. Additionally applicants should have good Excel skills together with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all levels of the business including senior management. Any experience of the Charity sector and associated VAT rules would be very useful, however this is not essential. Additionally any experience of developing training materials and delivering training to the finance team would also be very useful, again this is not essential and applicants without this skill will not be discounted.
