Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the budgeting and cash flow forecasting process for the group.Month end reporting to our Shareholders
Documenting accounting policies and procedures
Role out process improvements across the business; review and summaries various key documents
Assist with the data migration to new system
The successful candidate will be an ACCA or CIMA Part/Qualified Accountant who has experience of working within the property development sector. You will enjoy the challenge of a fast paced and dynamic environment and will be an excellent communicator, both orally and written and have the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
