Managed Services Support Desk Administrator

My Client, one of the world's largest Mobile Telecommunications Companies, is recruiting for a Managed Services Support Desk Administrator in Reading.

The successful Managed Services Support Desk Administrator responsibilities will include:

* Provide a single point of contact into IT Operations for Ericsson staff and multiple customers & vendors
* Identify and troubleshoot IT incidents and perform initial diagnostics
* Act as an escalation point for the IT help desk team and customers
* Support the supplier incident manager, EDM and security manager as required
* Management of Email and telephone systems including incoming support requests from users by email and telephone - engaging in end to end resolution of reported issues
* Creating reports and statistical reporting and analysis on a weekly basis for any given area of responsibility

ITIL accreditation in one or more of the following disciplines are desirable but not essential:

* Service desk
* Incident Management
* Problem Management
* Change Management
