Maintenance Technician

Power Generation client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Plant Operator/Technician with 5+ years of hands on operations & maintenance (O&M) operating experience on large internal combustion engines-power generators. Experience working in a power plant environment or a similar plant environment (process plant, LNG Terminal, etc...) is required. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Deutz diesel engines. You need to be local to the Rialto, CA area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Your primary responsibility will be to operate & maintain a reciprocating engine power plant
- This position requires that you work on call and live within 1 hour of the facility

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of O&M experience as a Technician in a power generation environment
- Hands-on operations & maintenance experience on reciprocating engines
- You need specific O&M experience with mechanical equipment & systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, etc...)
- Hands on operations & maintenance experience with Deutz diesel engines are is a big PLUS!!
- Any hands on maintenance experience with PLC's and electrical systems would be a big plus
