TECHNICAL LEAD ADM - MAINFRAME SWITZERLAND, ZURICH
My client, a leading Financial Services Institution in Switzerland, has an urgent requirement for a Mainframe Technical Lead to join their organisation on a contract basis at a client site in Zurich. The Technical Lead will work with architect and senior Team leads to understand and implement technical specifications.
Skills and knowledge required:
- Solid experience in Mainframe technologies and tools ie file aid for DB2/IMS
- Hands on experience with PL/1, DB2 & IMS DB
- Low-Level Design including Unit/Unit-Integration Design
- Efficient Coding and Unit Testing following client specific code standards
- Knowledge on Banking/Wealth Management domain
- AGILE Methodology knowledge advantageous
- Exposure to Basic Relational Database Concepts - basic types of databases, data integrity, the relational model, etc.
- Good familiarity with SQL technology stack
- Ability to understand basics of DBDesign and Logical modelling
- Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) knowledge
