M&E Technical Surveyor

An M&E Technical Surveyor is required by a Housing Association in the Yorkshire region to manage the Mechanical and Electrical operations of the responsive repairs department taking on responsibility for all properties and assets.

You will be responsible for:
* The effective management of all M&E repairs and maintenance
* Control of the M&E budgets
* Ensuring all works are in line with statutory and legislative health & safety laws.
* Tendering for works
* Designing and installing mechanical and electrical services.

You will be thoroughly experienced in mechanical and electrical works with excellent management capability. Detailed knowledge of M&E processes, legislation and health and safety is essential as is experience from either social or private housing.

This is an excellent opportunity with a forward thinking, newly restructured team with the possibility of the position becoming permanent.
