Projektbeschreibung
The role will involve surveying all M&E services plant within commercial buildings to ascertain it's condition. You must be PC Literate and ideally you will have used hand held computers for asset collection and surveying work before and have a proven track record of condition surveying. However, specific software training will be given and you will have access to a technical helpdesk. People from a M&E design or M&E contracting background are also welcomed but must have a good understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical plant and be able to ascertain it's condition/state
