Our NHS client based in London requires a M&E project Manager to work as part of the Estates Team to plan, execute and finalise projects within minor works. My client is looking for a strong experienced candidate with a background working in Estates. There is a real need for someone with a strong Mechanical understanding and background.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage contractors carrying out minor project works.
Prepare and manage project budgets.
Prepare and manager project programmes.
Appoint contractors to carry out works in accordance with their policies and procedures.
Utilise their project process to monitor, track and report on projects.
Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions, feed into annual departmental plans
