Lync Engineer

My client based in LEUVEN in Belgium is currently seeking a Lync Engineer for an immediate 3-6 month contract vacancy.

- KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review/update/comment training materials. Review/update/comment communication materials.
- Review and validate documentation/designs
- Support/Execute Lync 2013 solution testing/validation (Client + Server Side)
- Prepare migration waves. Provide input to migration planning
- Support AD clean-up activities
- First/Second line support troubleshooting for test and pilot groups. Including client side.
- Second/third line Support during migration waves and go live activities Migration from Lync 2010 ->Lync 2013
- Second/third line Support during migration waves towards Lync 2013 Enterprise voice infrastructure.
- PURPOSE OF ROLE
- MS Lync 2013/Lync 2013 infrastructure Client and Server Infrastructure or/and Lync Online.
- Lync integration with IPT/PSTN
- Windows 7 GPOs
- Good Understand of workplace and Windows 7 infrastructure.
- Windows AD. Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008, MS Powershell, Scripting
- Telecom experience, Cisco Call Manager, PBX infrastructure knowledge would be would be an advantage.
- LAN/WAN Network Experience would be an advantage
