LWI (Light Well Intervention) Interface Team Leader

Projektbeschreibung

Leadership / Management:
* Liaise with necessary departments to ensure workscopes are completed as required
* Pro-actively engage with Business Delivery to advise on any safety and / or operational concerns of upcoming campaigns
* Interface and mange 3rd party vendors to provide the required deliverable when external resources are needed
* Manage resources to ensure deliverables against the team can be supplied as required, to include sign off on annual leave and flexi days
* Lead team appraisals and mentor team members as required
* Expand wellhead and tree knowledge within the LWI Interface Team, the Engineering Group as a whole
* Develop team to become a focal point for all LWI Interface technical queries
* Ensure Engineering Group operating and control procedures are adhered to

Support:
* Compliance and consultancy service for Wellhead & Tree Equipment to the Business Delivery Department
* Review Process for the delivery of LWI Interface Team Job Design Packages.

Design:
* Manage and co-ordinate design of subsea equipment related to running the Intervention assets e.g. Company to Client Cross Overs, Umbilical Management.
* Provide design verification and input relating to pressure retention and fatigue of subsea equipment with respect to ISO and API requirements.

Experience/Background:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position within the Well Intervention / oil & gas industry
* An appropriate Engineering Qualification at degree level
* Strong analytical background with experience of Global stress analysis and use of Flexcom 3D or Orcaflex
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and the MS Office suite of packages.
* Knowledge base in subsea interface equipment such as Wellheads & Tree's as well as their material specifications, namely AISI, ASTM, BS & NACE against the API & ISO requirements
* Familiarity of working in a design capacity with one or more of these standards DNV-OS-E101, API 6A; API 17D; ISO 13628-6; ISO 13628-7
* Knowledge of LWI operations (Wireline & Coiled Tubing) is desirable but can be gained by work based learning
* Engineering Institute membership is desirable, either Chartered or working towards becoming Chartered
