A global communications company is currently looking for an LTE/Optimisation/Network Performance Engineer to be based in Brussels on a contractual basis.

Please note that applicants are required to speak either French & English or Dutch
* Analysing drive test results and counters from PRS to release the acceptance document after corrective actions
* Investigating network performance and QOS problems (based on analysis of drive tests results, clients complaints, performance indicators)
* Issuing, discussing and/or implementing optimization recommendations for network improvement
* Follow-up and reporting of new 4G Site integration between I&C & FN8c phases
* Preparation and implementation of declaration and integration batch with the different templates/parameters (3G
* LTE equipment and parameters on Radio level (HUAWEI) for site integration and optimization
* 2G & 3G (Huawei)
* Batch preparation/implementation with Huawei M2000 and CME, focus on LTE.
* Tool development/improvement on different levels, batch, handover declarations
* Asset (simulation tool)
* Nemo (drivetest tool) and Actix (analyses)
* Mapinfo
* M2000 - CME
* PRS Huawei and counters
* Excel & Access
