DUTIES:
Inventory Related Tasks
Manage the product SKU creation process in internal systems- from inception to completion.
Maintain internal documentation and record including various matrices, trackers and decks.
Administer all working pieces of product launches to ensure smooth entrance to store and Internet sales.
Own working relationships with various departments in order to facilitate fast, accurate results for multiple needs.
Aid in all other marketing-related inventory tasks as necessary.
Marketing Related Tasks
Manage copy editing for customer and employee facing documents and copy.
Proof videos and demo loops for accurate product based content and imagery.
Organize and manage all assets associated with the product portfolio
Take minutes and distribute annotated agendas for conference calls
Track and distribute information pertaining to Promotional offers. Primary Skill Requirement administrative support/strong attention
