Description:
Develops and implements network operations procedures; maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art network technology, equipment and systems; under general supervision, plans, directs and controls the activities of network operations; prepares activity, progress and service level agreement performance report; Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution; Serve as a technical and team leader and consultant for product development projects that involve multiple disciplines; Manage all facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals; Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on project;Facilitate collaboration with and between Development and Engineering, Production, Marketing, QA and Sales;

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
2-4 years of experience plus Professional Engineer Registration or 2-4 years as Technology Consultant/Software Engineer;
Requires strong understanding of all emerging technologies and network security policies and standards;
Requires system knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SOTS, BMP, TIRKS and RMIN;
Solid understanding of DHCP principles and ability to interface with server management groups supporting IP management is a must;
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures;
Leads and directs the work of others
