LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Occupational Health Job

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) needed for a Contract Job opportunity with Yoh's client located in Des Plaines, IL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Occupational Health

Note: The hours are Monday through Thursdays from 8a - 4:30p. This assignment will begin on July 28th for training and possibly convert to a permanent position for the right candidate however there are no guarantees.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Administrative work, data entry, answer phones, room patients
- Take vitals
- Performs medical exams and services such as Phlebotomy, EKG's, Audiograms, PFT, and injections
- Triage and treat illnesses and injuries
- Upkeep of the exam rooms and stocking supplies

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two plus (2+) years of experience dealing with the treatment and triage of injuries and illnesses as an LPN
- Experience working in Occupational Health and/or Urgent Care

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- LPN- Licensed with State of IL
- CPR Certified
