THE JOB DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS:
As a Senior Developer, responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
should have good experience in application of standard software development principles.
should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/programming language.
should be able to respond to technical queries/requests from team members and customers.
should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Have knowledge of Lotus, Windows & AD Creation, modification, deletion of users, groups and its properties Creation, modification, deletion of Lotus mailbox and Lotus mailbox properties.
Troubleshoot issues with Blackberry(Handheld).
Troubleshoot on mail delay, synchronization, delegate, permission issues with Lotus Notes
Troubleshoot on issues and synchronization problems with desktop/laptop with hand help(blackberry)
Have basic knowledge of Lotus, Windows & AD Monitor different alerts and tools (Tivoli, MOM, mainframes etc.)
Creation, modification, deletion of Lotus mailbox and Lotus mailbox properties.
Troubleshoot issues with Blackberry(Handheld) Password reset of AD, SAP and other applications
