Lotus Notes Developer

The successful candidate will join an existing application development team, working on new applications, changes to existing applications, cross-system integration and production support. The role covers the full SDLC ie assistance with requirements development, analysis, design, development, implementation and support of Lotus Notes and Domino applications. The person will act as a direct point of contact for business-related Lotus Notes solutions, providing advice and consultancy on meeting the internal customer needs, so excellent spoken and written communication skills, on both technical and non-technical subjects, are required.

Required Skills
* Strong Lotus Notes R6.5 development skills: Java, JavaScript, Ajax, LotusScript, CSS, HTML, XML, SQL, JDBC, DB2, WebSphere and Eclipse
* Strong experience with browser-based applications, client applications and agents
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, covering both non-technical and technical audiences
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude, solution-oriented
* Strong commitment to meeting delivery schedules

The ideal candidate will be someone with one or two years' experience as a Lotus Notes Developer who also has had some exposure to Java. You will also be a problem solver whom likes to work autonomously.
