Lotus Notes Administrator

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a LOTUS NOTES ADMINISTRATOR to join our client in Hershey, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lotus Notes/Domino system administration
- Lotus Notes account management tasks like account creation, deletion, recertification with or without administration process
- Lotus Domino server upgrades, patches implementation
- Email distribution group management
- Shared mailing database management
- Manage access control list (ACL) of Lotus Notes mail boxes and custom applications
- Lotus Notes client installation, configuration and upgrades
- Lotus Notes account password resets, troubleshoot login issues
- Troubleshoot iNotes access and login issues
- Lotus Notes mail box management like template updates, compact, fixup and indexing
- Blackberry server/device management and Lotus Traveler, Afaria
- Blackberry account creation, deletion and apply appropriate policies
- Lock, disable and remote data wipe of the devices
- Assist users with synchronizing contacts between Lotus Notes client and Blackberry devices
- Troubleshoot Blackberry device email, calendar and contacts issues
- iPhone device management with Lotus Traveler
- Sametime
- Troubleshoot Lotus Sametime login and contacts list issues
- Anti-spam
- Troubleshoot issues related to anti-spam emails
- Enterprise Email Content Management for archiving
- IBM Content Collector (ICC) and FileNetP8 Administration

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- DiscLotus Domino 8.5.x server administration
- Lotus Notes client 8.5.x and prior setup, upgrade and configuration knowledge
- Blackberry 5.x server and device management, Lotus Traveler with iPhone device management
- IBM Content Collector and FileNetP8
- Windows 2008, Windows XP
- Basic AS400 commands knowledge (desired)
- Anti-spam device, anti-virus tools knowledge
- Enterprise ticketing software experience (HPOpeview, Remedy etc)
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills
