I am currently looking for a number of contract Floorwalkers to start a project in the new year working on a Lorenzo Go-Live in the Midlands.
The role will involve you:
-Giving on the ground support
-Supporting the go-live
-Building rapport with end users
-Troubleshooting queries and issues
-Understanding service work flows
-Helping user with the changeover from IPM to Lorenzo
-Coaching users with 1 on 1 support
-Logging issues
I really need experienced floorwalkers with proven NHS experience; ideally community health.
Lorenzo (or any other PAS) is certainly beneficial.
