SUMMARY
Effectively source and screen qualified Information technology candidates. Partner with IT Recruiting Manager, HR Manager, and Hiring Managers to communicate candidate updates, and progress against open roles.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Successfully review job descriptions to understand the technical skill set needed by the Hiring Manager.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Develop plan to source candidates through social media, local universities, alumni, organizations, websites, and other avenues.
- Screen candidates against the technical competencies outlined in the job description.
- Present slate of sourced candidates to Hiring Manager and HR Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ Years of IT related recruitment experience.
- University recruiting experience.
- Prior experience recruiting candidates in a high volume environment.
- Experience recruiting .Net, Cognos, JAVA, and ETL Developer roles.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong Project Management Skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience sourcing Java, ETL Developer, and Storage positions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
- LinkedIn and social media recruiting experience.
