Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Responsibility for ownership and project management of Labeling changes and overall changes impacting the finished goods
- Actively collaborate with the Global End to End Planning group to ensure that related activities align with the Finished Goods and Drug Product supply plans, while achieving Regulatory and Launch implementation due dates 
- Develop and execute cross-functional project implementation plans with moderate complexity and ensure that activities across departments are aligned
- Close collaboration with the following stakeholders: Global Artwork Services, Master data management, Quality Assurance, Regulatory (Labeling & CMC), Internal Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Serialization, Logistics, Asset Team
- Manage the efficient flow of processes and act as a key resource and escalation point to Management
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and actively monitor
- Support cross functional analysis of moderate complexity and support process improvement for the GCC process

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar education required
- Working experience in a Demand and Supply Planning or Product Life Cycle Management role 
- Experience within an international and controlled environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong team player (ability to direct and participate in cross-functional and management teams)
- Experience with Supply Chain and LCM tools, preferably: Oracle, TrackWise, Agile PLM
- Project Management experience preferred
