LOGISTICS COORDINATOR needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in DUBLIN, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Academy Coordinator will play a key role in the daily operations of the Dublin based Academy learning facility. He/she will serve as the point of contact for logistics and coordination in the Dublin office, working closely with the Academy staff based there as well as the Head of Logistics to ensure operations run smoothly on a day to day basis.
- Support the Staff with Classroom set-up needs, including reserving the appropriate classrooms or facilities space based on specified room requirements, assist with the organizing of rosters for team break-outs, ensuring classroom supplies are organized in rooms prior to class.
- Serve as the back-up point of contact for Facilities needs/requests.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Provide support to Academy visitors, including internal guest speakers, third parties and SAP executives. This may include hotel booking, dinner reservations, providing travel budget guidance and coordinating other logistics.
- Coordinate catering for Academy events, team lunches/dinners, etc.
- General support that Faculty may require in order to ensure classes are prepared and run smoothly.
- General logistical support as specified by Head of Logistics.
