Logistics Coordinator Job

SERVICE COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Houston, TX.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The MS Service Coordinator role is a key role at the heart of the MS team and will work closely with the MS Field Service Managers, Field Service Engineers and the Sales Team, to coordinate and deliver MS field services, installations and applications across the Measurement and Sensing product line.
- A key element of the role is to be customer facing and responsibilities will include receiving the initial customer contact inquiries, assisting in maintaining schedules, Invoicing and partial ownership of backlog.
- Internal liaison with other internal functions, which include other Service departments, Customer Care and Finance. Customer Enquiries
- Owner of the initial Customer contact via email and telephone communications.
- Invoicing - Raise and track Customer Invoices and prioritize late/at-risk payments as they become due for payment.
- Aged Debt - Compile and assist in managing service backlog
- Contact customers to ensure services are provided in scope.
- Preparing Services revenue estimations; review of the accuracy of dropped and other ad hoc reports
- Maintaining the database of existing service contracts, tracking

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- One (1) plus years work experience in an office environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Oil and Gas Industry Experience
