Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Communicate demand of U.S. plants
- Communicate supply of production from Canada to U.S. operation.
- Coordinate distribution of product to U.S. warehouse or assembly plants.
- Coordinate tote requirements for finished products.
- Assures proper documentation for export of finished products to the U.S.
- Coordinates availability of C of A, co-ships, panels etc for exported products.
- Reports and helps resolve non-conformances to production and distribution requirements.
- Established key measures to monitor performance of demand and supply.
- Maintains order parameters in SAP for supply to U.S.
- Manages inventory of build-out, model year change-over, new technology introductions for U.S.
- Coordinate return and disposition of off-spec material
- Support demand planning functions
- Order entry
- Performance measurement
- NCR reporting
- Prepare documentation
- Planning and scheduling
- Transportation management
- Product Disposals/RADAR process

SKILLS:
Access, Analytical, Bachelors degree or equivalent work exp., Excel, Good phone skills, Interpersonal skills, Monthly reports, MS Word, Problem solving skills
