The local Account Manager will be responsible for deploying projects in Customer Engagement for their European region. The local account manager will additionally be accountable for ensuring that BU experts are engaged, correct vendor is selected and identifying where code of practice compliance, safety and security affect planning processes.
Core responsibilities:
Building effective relationships with business partners
Proactively managing business needs with preferred vendors
Aligning local meetings model with Customer Engagement strategies
Taking ownership of European/Global programs on behalf of other countries
Coordinating implementation of global policies and standards
Understanding customers core business and applying this to events
Forecast Meeting Budget with internal business partners
Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in HCP compliance, event management, regional project management
Proven track record in operational event delivery
Experience of vendor management
Budget management
