Loans/Settlements Support - Banking - London

I am looking for a Trading Desk Business Support Analyst (Settlements/Loans) to join a top bank based in London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.

Responsibilities-

Input of trades into LoanTrak system for the production of loan confirmations
Liaising with Compliance and AOP team to fulfil KYC requirements for client onboarding
Setting up deal-related static data in LoanTrak and updating existing information
Dealing with trade queries from middle/Back Office or from trading counterparties
Liaising with Back Office teams to ensure efficient and timely settlement of trades
Monitoring of information for Sub-participations and Credit Insurance

Experience required-

Secondary Loan Trading Settlement - Sound understanding of settlement procedures for secondary loan trades (minimum of 12 months' experience required), familiarity with LoanTrak systems and internal KYC procedures and a good knowledge of LMA secondary loan trade documentation and LMA Standard Terms and Conditions for Secondary Trading.

Thorough understanding of relevant loan Back Office systems (LoanIQ)

Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills - Ability to locate and extract relevant information and translate this into meaningful reports as required. Ability to resolve issues arising from "problem" trades (eg transfers below minimum size threshold)

Contract Role: 250-300

Initially 6 months (with scope to extend)
