Bank of America is currently looking for an Loans Confidentiality Agreements/Corporate Actions Analyst

The EMEA Loans teams primarily support the Global Credit and Special Situations Group (GCSS) that sits within GBAM. GCSS is a strategic trading desk that trades syndicated corporate loans, claims, bonds, equities, CDS's (amongst other products) on the secondary trading market. EMEA Loans support the GCSS trading desks located in London, Europe and Asia for loans, claims and private equity that require documentation.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating Confidentiality Agreements/Non-disclosure Agreements, any other relevant documentation, subsequent document amendments and underlying public or private side asset information sharing. Will also have the opportunity to provide support to the global loans settlements team.

We are seeking an additional associate to work within the growing Confidentiality Agreements team. Support the confidentiality agreement requests currently conducted by GLSSG, Emerging Markets and Structured Sales and their clients.

*You will be responsible for creating, negotiating and agreeing confidentiality agreements directly with sales desks and clients.
*You will be responsible for negotiating, creating and agreeing loan trading documentation with both the trading desk and clients. Typically this will be on LMA par trading terms and conditions from trade date through to settlement.
*Comprehensive review of public vs. private side asset information documents to ensure compliance with internal info sharing eligibility criteria.
*Maintain online sharing database (SyndTrak) with public or private side asset information and regular review of relevant internal and external client access expiry to our workspaces.
*Responsible for ensuring transactions are completed within a timely manner or before deadlines.
*Log all signing requests on register and keep related correspondence on shared drives.
*Preparation of frequent reports and statistics for the trading desks or management.
*Report and escalate information access breaches to management, Compliance and Legal.
*Be aware of operational risk and the ability to self-identify opportunities to improve/reduce risk exceptions.

Essential:
*Experience of Loan/Corporate Actions documents
*Loan confidentiality agreements
*Able to identify risks
*Team player conscious of the contribution they bring to the whole team
*Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
*The candidate would need to have prompt and detailed escalation Practices instilled in them.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work extended hours when the workload requires, and be flexible with regards to shift patterns required to support the business
*Self-motivated and willing to assume extended responsibility.
*Need to be proficient in all aspects of client facing - both internal and external.
*Competent user of Microsoft Office - including Word and Excel.

Preferred:
*Investment banking experience
*Any loans or Global Banking and Markets know-how
*A good level of understanding of the secondary loan trading market, confidentiality agreements and the forms of documentation used
*Loan Market Association (LMA) guidelines familiarity
*Legal background or handling of legal documents
