LOAN CLOSER - SYNDICATED LOANS - HIGH YIELD BONDS - CLEARPAR - MEZZANINE LOANS - STRUCTURED CREDIT - LMA AND LSTA TRADE SETTLEMENT

Our client are a leading buy side organisation who are looking to hire a high calibre candidate to sit within their middle and Back Office transaction management team primarily focusing on Loan Closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Reviewing and processing Loan documents for both LMA and LSTA Par and Distressed closings
- Liaising with counterparties and managing cash positions to coordinate settlement.
- Reviewing and understanding Credit Agreements and performing Due Diligence
- Trade confirmation and resolving differences with broker/dealers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Solid Loan Closing experience from a buy side firm or investment bank.
- Reliable, personable and hardworking.
- Detailed orientated & accuracy required.
- Ability to understand the big picture .
- Someone with an entrepreneurial and "can do" mind set
- Experience of Clearpar desirable
- University Degree preferred and evidence that the individual is interested in finance generally.
