LMS Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION -LMS ADMINISTRATOR

6 MONTHS + CONTRACT

HOUSTON, TX

PAY: $30/HR W2

- Serve as LMS subject matter expert and system lead
- Assist in the development and maintenance of all processes supporting student assignment, registration, and online completions, tracking and training delivery
- Provides best in class customer service by responding timely and accurately to customer needs and focuses on first time resolution
- Research and provide ideas to resolve LMS functionality issues
- Upload and test all online content before publishing to production environment
- Publish courses inside the LMS and complete updates or revisions as guided by the COE/Manager. Maintain all control documents.
- Provide LMS technical assistance for Tech Dev team to in resolving technical difficulties related to accessing the LMS and course content.
- Help develop quality standards and procedures related to LMS
- Provide learning management system (LMS) training and support to administrators
- Create and maintain training curriculum information, training assignments, student notification text and customized reports
- Collaborate to develop policies, guidelines, and best practices for improvement of all related processes

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

- BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS OR RELATED AREA
- 3+ YEARS DIRECT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH LMS
- 2+ YEARS OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING AND PROJECT COORDINATION
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH SUCESSFACTORS
- MUST BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY, TROUBLESHOOT, AND RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ARTICULATE or Captivate learning content authoring tools preferable
- oil & gas industry experience
