The Exception Management & Resolution team is integral to the efficient processing of cleared derivative trades. The candidate will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation trade break resolution and root cause analysis for FOBO, CCP and Agent Broker accounts. The role will require the candidate to liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Control and Client Service teams to resolve queries, and ensure that there is integrity in the books and records of LDO (GMI system).

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Investigation and resolution of all trade and position breaks across Cleared Derivative Markets.
* Investigation and resolution of all FOBO breaks across Cleared Derivative markets.
* Assisting client service teams globally with the resolution of client queries.
* Line testing of key applications for bug fixes, enhancements and upgrades.
* Completion of daily control account tasks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* A proven ability to accomplish tasks with completeness and accuracy
* Knowledge of Sungard GMI system
* Ability to prioritise needs of stakeholders with different requirements, including Client Services, Sales, Transaction Reporting and IT teams
* Experience of working within a large organisation - preferably investment banking
* Demonstrable ability to analyse information, present findings to a wide audience including senior stakeholders and help in developing solutions
