Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a Linux System Engineer for a project with one of our clients based in The Netherlands.

Skills:

- Has a good general knowledge of IS technical developments and practices, both inside and outside own organisation.
- Demonstrates good communication skills in dealing with users, other staff, systems developers and - equipment/service suppliers.
- Is respected for the pragmatic application of IS engineering and management principles to practical problems.
- Is familiar with the systems development life cycle and typical problems associated with the implementation of - information systems, from initial concept through development and implementation to operation and support.
- Very good Linux skills (redhat/CentOS) and some skills in JBOSS, Tomcat, Spacewalk, vmware.
- Experience in project management/coordination according PRINCE II or other project mythology.
