Linux Project Lead

My client is urgently seeking an experienced Linux Project Lead with strong leadership capabilities to join a dynamic team on an initial 6 month term with a view to extend. You will be working with a well known Financial Organisation based in Sydney CBD Location.

You will be responsible for leading the project, guiding a team of Linux Engineers and continuing the delivery of the project.

TO BE SUITABLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:

- Extensive Linux Engineer experience
- Design/Build
- Documentation
- Solution Design
- Technical Lead
- Team Lead
- Linux/Unix
- Strong Leadership capabilities
- Strong Technical Skills specifically around Unix/Linux Technologies
- Broad understanding of different technologies
- Exceptional communication skills are required
- Australian Citizen preferred or Permanent Resident

YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OR EXPOSURE TO THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES:

- Puppet
- Jenkins
- Python
- Ruby
- Vmware, Redhat, Windows 2008, Linux, Cisco, F5, Citrix, HPSA Automation.

This is an urgent requirement and will require you to be available within the next 2 weeks if successful.
