JOB TITLE: Linux Internet Systems Engineer
LOCATION: Dublin
JOB TYPE: Daily rate contract
PAY: €350 to €450 a day. Open to talking to all levels. If you can prove your worth it, we will pay for it!

THE JOB:
Help build infrastructure-as-a-service tools and grow internal cloud(s). With thousands of physical and virtual Servers to manage, the motto is simple: automate everything. The Infrastructure Systems organisation provides a nimble architecture capable of scaling quickly. They want to hire a top Linux Engineer push the boundaries.
DAY-TO-DAY:
- Manage a large Linux environment. (1000 plus machines)
- Write tools in the languages of your choice to make administration easier
- Facilitate physical machine deployment at over half a dozen staffed data centers
- Investigate and diagnose system availability issues
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Advanced understanding of Linux systems architecture
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure
- Experience working with Chef
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Familiarity with configuration-management
- Experience with monitoring technologies
- Fluency in one or more systems-relevant programming languages
