Our client is a major eCommerce company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The organisation is expanding rapidly and in order to support this growth, is looking for a Linux RHEL support experience with experience of VMWare 5.1 to manage, monitor, maintain and upgrade their Internet environment.
This is a role requiring 3rd line support experience in a complex environment and the ability to work independently and completed assigned projects with limited supervision is required.
You will be an expert in the following areas:
Linux Redhat RHEL.
VMWare 5.1
Web environments (LAMP)
Some project management experience.
You will also be required to:
Plan, organise and direct daily operations;
Establishing and implement policies and procedures for external developers;
Authorise the development of specifications for products or services;
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programmes;
Participate in 24H 3rd level support.
Fluent French and English language skills are essential for this role.
