Linux Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Responsible for upgrading SUSE Linux from Lower version to Higher version
- Linux server installation and configuration
- Create OS build image for faster deployments of servers
- SUSE Linux cluster setup (HA), pacemaker
- Bash shell script to automate the tasks
- Network and route configuration in server level
- LVM, File system management, SSH configuration, password policy implementation, VAPT
- SUDO, User Management, CronTab’s, Advance files permissions, user access controls (ACLs)
- Configure hardening on servers as per guidelines by customer IT security team
- Perform log analysis periodically
- Address performance issues
- Configure and troubleshoot Linux issues

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Linux Systems
- Experience of Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Experience in Datacenter migration, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge in SUSE Manager
- Experience of SFTP, Proxy, Mail, LDAP, HTTP, FTP, NFS
