- Strong knowledge and experience of Redhat Linux systems administration
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools (one of Chef or Puppet)
- Good experience in managing Sun Servers
- Good experience in configuring Sun Fire Servers
- Good knowledge in Bash Scripting
- Good knowledge in logging systems
- Good knowledge on network troubleshooting
- Should have experience in Patch management
- Good understanding of networking, load balancing and DNS
- Experience of high-volume transactional systems and distributed applications
