Aufgaben:

Create, control, coordinate and manage an environment for effective and economic production of quality product.

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing and supervise the achievement of goals on different time scopes
Manage the resources
Leading, developing, motivating and managing the work force.
Lead, direct and manage the communication between the departments
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with other line managers and share information across the Organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Defining improvement strategies in discussion with operating staff
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and statistical reports
Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors

Skills:

Proven field managing experience
Excellent English communication skills
Planning, organizing, decision-making and problem-solving in logical systematic manner
ICT literacy, organizing and management tools
Understanding of concepts, attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, strong negotiating skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, time management
Self-confident motivator able to create good team environment
