LIMS Project Manager - Antwerp Region
Experience
§ Network in the company (QC/QA/Manufacturing/Incoming areas)
§ Strong problem solving and analytical experience.
§ Good understanding of IT systems and architecture
Profile
§ Knowledge of LIMS or lab/chemical processes
§ Familiar with Project Management Activities & follow up on deliverables/due dates
§ Capable of managing people without having direct reporting line
§ Flexible and capable of working with people on distance
§ Problem-solving and Change management skills
§ Lean-approach oriented
§ Good communication and writing skills (English)
§ Able to travel (20%)
Description
The eLIMS Project Manager is responsible for the deployment of eLIMS (Oracle application, vendor: labvantage) into the identified client supply chain site's. The position collaborates with business partners, customers, suppliers and IT to understand and assess customer requirements, translate this into strategic direction for system solutions (in co-operation with the eLIMS Program Leadership team), drives harmonization, continuous improvement and lean solutions in the lab environment while ensuring compliance.
Main activities are
§ Assure R&R are clear for all team members (Lab Systems, site's, )
§ Assure the site's are ready for eLIMS implementation
§ Follow-up and tracking via the Site Implementation Leads of tasks in the following areas:
§ SOP's & Training
§ Change Control
§ Implementation Risk Assessment
§ eLIMS security: inventory of users and roles
§ Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
§ Dry-run of the system
§ Go-live of the system
§ IT deliverables: Hardware Requirements/Legacy system retirement plan
§ Coach and guide all applicable sub team leads to reach there goals
§ Align and harmonize any customer requirements
