Life Retrocession Manager + London Market + Germany

I am currently looking for a Life Retrocession Manager. My client is an international Reinsurance company located in North Rhine-Westphalia. You should have at least 4 years of experience in (re-)insurance and ideally good understanding of life reinsurance and retrocession structures. Desirable knowledge of retrocession market and practices, in particular London Market would be an advantage.

Yours tasks:

* responsible for relationship management with my clients brokers and retrocessionaires, negotiation and placement of all non-US retrocession covers (e.g. surplus pools, cat protection, specific retrocession)
* support development of my clients retrocession strategy
* conduct portfolio and exposure analyses
* support internal and external reporting on retrocession related matters
* support non-traditional group protection means (e.g. ILS)
