The following tasks should be done:
+ Definition and Implementation of all processes --> especially MS Office Licence
+ Creating a prozess to work with the stakeholders.
Must-have:
+ Good overall knowledge of license management
+ ITIL Foundation knowledge
+ Definition of processes, especially in the area of license management
+ No deep knowledge in license terms for specific vendors is required, but more an overall view as to how to operate "License Management"
+ Experience in setting up and implementing processes in the area:
1. Procurement
2. SW-Delivery Mgmt
3. License Mgmt
4. IT ChargingAt least License Mgmt and one other area should be covered
