We are currently looking for a FRENCH speaking Level 3 Support Avaya E ngineer to start ASAP on a Contract basis (6 months rolling) for my client based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Provide After Sales Service (Level 3) on the solutions of Avaya call centers operated by the customer. Be responsible for the correct operation of current solutions.
Diagnose failures lead to their resolution.
Ticket tracking.
Update operational records.
