Working for a classified project for an initial 6 months, a Level 2/Tier 2 End User Experience/Support is required:
Our client are looking for a pro-active individual with a very strong willingness to learn.
- Windows troubleshooting
- File/drive/printer mapping
- Logon experience issues
- Group policy application/troubleshooting
- Office 2010 or newer suite experience
- Skype/Lync
- Experience troubleshooting PKI certificates
- Polycom phone system
- McAfee end point security suite
- Citrix
- Dell hardware (laptops, desktops, thin clients)
- Active Directory
- Exchange
