My client is currently seeking a Level 2/3 Service Desk Analyst to provide top level support to a large WAN environment. This is an excellent career opportunity to progress with a large government organization. The ideal candidate will have an excellent support analyst background.

Key Accountabilities:

- Strong hardware and peripheral support (installing and replacing hardware components)
- Providing support in a large WAN environment
- Providing support relating to Blackberry, I Phones and I Pads
- Installing software

Skills:

- Windows 7 knowledge
- SCCM knowledge
- High level skill in Microsoft Office (including Outlook)
- SSL VPN & RSA Token
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
