We are looking for candidates with solid technical experience to assist in resolving outstanding tickets in a timely manner. You will not be taking any inbound calls or taking new tickets, just managing current outstanding tickets and making outbound calls to customers/clients as needed to resolve the issues and log on to their systems and troubleshooting for basic hardware, software and network problems.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- IT Helpdesk support experience
- NSW Government experience is preferred
- Strong Windows O/S experience (7, Vista, XP) Active Directory etc.
- Solid knowledge of networking principles.
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PHONE MANNER
