We are looking for candidates with solid technical experience to manage the issues without escalating and finalise the problem in a timely manner.
You will not be taking any inbound calls or taking new tickets, just managing current outstanding tickets and making outbound calls to customers/clients as needed to resolve the issues and log on to their systems and troubleshooting for basic hardware, software and network problems.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong IT background in Helpdesk/Desktop support. Grade 7/8 technical skills.
- At least 3-5 years experience in a Helpdesk/Desktop support position.
- NSW Government experience is mandatory
- Strong Windows O/S experience (7, Vista, XP) Active Directory etc.
- Solid knowledge of networking principles.
- Exceptional communication skills
