Level 1/2 Desktop Installation & Support staff required to install & support a range of desktops & associated hardware & software applications on an ongoing part time basis.
There are no fixed hours... this is an "as required" engagement and would suit people who are looking for additional hours and/or have flexible working arrangements.
You will be well presented with excellent communication skills and you will need to have some or all of the following the following skills & attributes:-
- Previous experience with Desktop Installation & Support
- 1+ years of commercial ICT support experience or experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of desktop hardware/software and peripheral components
- Excellent customer facing & communication skills
