We are currently searching for a dynamic Lettings Administrator, for a successful estate agency, based in Ealing.

This is a Full time, 9am-6pm, Monday- Friday.

Some of the duties to include, but not restricted to:

*Answer the telephones
*Welcome public when they enter the office
*Responsible for post
*Carry out the end of day bank reconciliation on the card reader
*Keep the window cards updated
*Ensuring we have the necessary documentation for sales and lettings
*Type correspondence, sending out the memorandum of sale to all parties once an offer has been agreed

Take over the lettings file from when an offer has been accepted. This will include:

*Typing required correspondence
*Ensuring the applicants give the necessary information required, and on time to be able to move forward with the tenancy
*Arranging Inventory and Check-in where required
*Creation of tenancy agreements
*Arranging with the tenants to come into the office to sign the tenancy agreements and take payment for the move-in monies if required
*Send invoices where appropriate
*Type accounts and/or accounts letters for properties
*Register the TDS where appropriate
*Assist managers
*Take payments for move-in monies from tenants.
*Order the stationary when required
*Assisting with the production of canvassing letters
*Take rent payments from tenants
